1 ) Q: Where are Jaddas and factories located?
A: We have Showroom and Exporter in Xiamen City of China. (zip code: 361012) near Xiamen Airport and Xiamen Sea Port. It takes around 60 minutes by car from our showroom to factory at quanzhou city (Zip Code: 362000), where is near the stone town of china. So here we can mix our crystallized glass stone with other stone products from jiujiang port to worldwide. Not only Xiamen Port, We now also have big warehouse/showroom near Shenzhen Port, Foshan Port, Tianjin Port, Jiujiang Port, which we can ship cargo very fast.

3 ) Q: Can you offer us what is delivery time estimated ?
A: Depend the quantity, but usually it need takes around 10-15 days for producing upon we receive the deposit. For countertop/ tabletop/skirting/step, because need special edge finishing and polishing, so the day will be about 15-25 days.
4 ) Q: Which forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept T / T , Western Union, Letter of Credit . a). By irrevocable L/C(Letter of Credit) at sight.
b).By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer, bank wire transfer), pay 30% to 50% as down payment(deposit) according to order detail, the balance should be paid after your order is shipped against a copy of the bill of lading which we sent to you by fax or email.
5 ) Q: How to ship the cargos from our country to your city?
A: We have some good shipping partner help you take the cargos from our country to your Inland port or Sea port or Jobsites or Warehouses! Please inform us the port name and max weight we can put in 20′ FCL.
6 ) Q: Does marmoglass ship worldwide?
A: At present, we ship container orders to worldwide from China. The options for shipping pallet quantities vary from product to product. We are familiar with policy of port in many country. Consult the FAQs by category for more details, or contact jaddas Salesperson by email.
7 ) Q: How do I obtain samples?
A: Sample Policy:
Every week we have new clients from USA, Brazil, Portugal,UK,Mexico,UAE,Poland, French, Germany and so on asking for sample. We have heavy cost on shipping cost of DHL/Fedex. So for sample, sample materials can be free cost but the shipping cost need bear by client. The shipping rate will be calculated based on your address and the number of samples you order. For your reference, sample size 10x10x1.8cm = 0.60 kgs weight per piece after packing. If 2.00 Kgs weight, DHL shipping cost to EU/USA city need 60 USD; to Brazil/UAE city need 120 USD.
– If you have DHL/UPS/TNT Collect Account, pls tell us your acct number then we can make shipping cost Collect at your city.
– If you do not have Collect Account, you can transfer this shipping cost to our bank acct, then we send out sample with shipping cost Prepaid.

8 ) Q: Where is your main sale market worldwide?
A: Our products are highly level products, are mainly sold to USA, Canada, European country such as Germany ,UK, Spain, Porgual ,France, and South America countries like Brazil ,Bolivia, Colombia etc., total 60 countries and area now.
